Hall of Shame

A continuing record of formal censures, expulsions, and entries stricken from the proceedings of the Sussy Congress of the United States. Inclusion herein is an action of the body and confers no statement of fact beyond the censure itself.

H. Res. 24-EX May 13, 2026

[NAME STRICKEN FROM THE RECORD PURSUANT TO H. RES. 24-EX]

Conduct Incompatible with the Standards of the Body

Whereas an individual formerly associated with the constituency of the Sussy Congress did, during the period preceding

January 2024, engage in a course of conduct subsequently determined by the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms to be

incompatible with the standards of the body and with the laws of the United States;

Whereas the matter was, upon the body's becoming aware of the said conduct, referred without delay to the appropriate

civil authorities, who have since assumed continuing jurisdiction over the same;

Whereas the body declines, in deference to the ongoing administration of justice and the privacy of affected parties,

to recite the particulars of the said conduct in the public record;

Resolved by the Sussy Congress of the United States: That the individual identified in the sealed annex to this

resolution is hereby stricken from the rolls, records, and proceedings of the body in perpetuity; that all references

to the said individual heretofore appearing in the Congressional Record shall be redacted by the Office of the Clerk;

and that the body shall not be required to acknowledge the said individual by name, alias, or other designation in any

future proceeding.

The matter is closed.
