A standing exhibit record documenting the pattern of audiovisual materials transmitted by the Honorable Rahul “The Hork” Horky Jr. (Rep. Reawul), submitted into evidence before the Subcommittee. The materials assembled herein were entered for the limited purpose of establishing a pattern of conduct and are reproduced as transmitted, without enhancement or commentary.
Subject of inquiry: Rep. Reawul (legal name of record: Rahul “The Hork” Horky Jr.), displaying on the platform under the handle “Rahul Pibnis Hork Jr.”
Nature of the materials: A series of furry and anthropomorphic images transmitted in close succession during the late hours of the evening, interspersed with photographs of a domestic dog, the juxtaposition of which the Subcommittee deems … suspicious.
Disposition: Filed for the consideration of the body. Inclusion herein is an action of the Subcommittee and confers no statement of fact beyond the record of transmission itself.

Whereas the Representative did, within a window of approximately nine (9) minutes, transmit no fewer than seven (7) anthropomorphic and furry images, each in close succession with a photograph of a domestic dog; and
Whereas the recurring juxtaposition of the said canine photograph with the said anthropomorphic materials is, in the considered judgment of the body, … suspicious; resolved, that the foregoing materials be preserved in this exhibit for the consideration of the 119th Congress, and that the Representative be afforded the customary opportunity to address the record.
