The materials assembled in this exhibit were transmitted under the platform display name “Fable 5.” The Subcommittee, in the discharge of its authentication duties, obtained the profile capture reproduced at left, which establishes the account “Fable 5” to bear the handle of record pibwya2.
The said handle is, in the considered judgment of the body, of a piece with the designation “Rahul Pibnis Hork Jr.” previously entered into the record by the subject, and is hereby determined to be one and the same person as Rep. Reawul (legal name of record: Rahul “The Hork” Horky Jr.). The transmissions catalogued below are accordingly attributed to the Representative.

Audiovisual transmission (moving picture, with sound) sourced from the social platform Instagram, depicting an animated anuran subject who, upon receiving a corporal slap to the posterior from a second character, emits an exclamation of “Oh!” of a register the Subcommittee assesses to be … suspicious. The submission bears the caption “More Than Friends.” The transmission was accompanied by the contemporaneous declaration “Imma do this to u if u don’t start acting right,” directed at a member of the body. The Subcommittee notes the cumulative character of the foregoing to be, in the vernacular, “Diddy as hell.”

The Joint Session (feat. Rep. Gambs)
In-game capture from a Roblox horror title — of the variety modeled upon “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” the antagonist of which is reported to be a person confined within a Godzilla costume — depicting two members of the body in attendance under anthropomorphic avatars. The subject at left is identified by the nameplate “reawulthepibble” (Rep. Reawul); the subject at right by the nameplate “Gambsy” (Rep. Gambs). The Subcommittee notes this to be the first joint exhibit, establishing that the pattern of conduct catalogued herein extends to multiple members convened in a single session.
Findings of the Subcommittee
Whereas the Representative did, within a window of approximately nine (9) minutes, transmit no fewer than seven (7) anthropomorphic and furry images, each in close succession with a photograph of a domestic dog, and did subsequently, in the early hours following, supplement the record with a further such transmission; and
Whereas the record further establishes, by in-game capture, that the said pattern of conduct extends to a joint session convened with Rep. Gambs under anthropomorphic avatars; and
Whereas the recurring juxtaposition of the said canine photograph with the said anthropomorphic materials is, in the considered judgment of the body, … suspicious; resolved, that the foregoing materials be preserved in this exhibit for the consideration of the 119th Congress, and that the Representatives named be afforded the customary opportunity to address the record.

On the strength of the said connection bearing the designation gjox, together with the “Congressman” role, the account is hereby determined to be one and the same person as Rep. Gjox of the 119th Sussy Congress. The transmission catalogued below is accordingly attributed to the Representative.
