Rep. Reawul, whose legal name of record is Rahul "The Hork" Horky Jr., represents the Sussy 8th District and serves on the Committee on Plumbing, Public Works & Hydrology. The Representative is the complainant of record in the matter docketed before the body as the Toilet Water Incident of October 19, 2025, and is, by order of the Speaker, recused from all proceedings arising therefrom.
