An archival facility maintained by the Sussy Congress for the orderly preservation of motion-picture, photographic, and sound recordings submitted by members of the body. Submissions are transcoded in-browser to circumvent the ten-megabyte (10 MB) restriction imposed by Discord, Inc. on non-subscribing constituents, and entered into the public record.
