Biographical Statement

Rep. Gohn Franklin, entered upon the rolls as Gohn W. Franklin, represents the Sussy 15th District and chairs the Committee on Historical Accuracy. Prior to seating, the Representative served without commission, salary, or appointment as the principal enforcement authority of a jurisdiction in which he held no office whatever, discharging by private initiative the duties nominally assigned to its moderators and compiling evidentiary submissions against its membership for referral to the very officers who had previously ordered his own removal. The Office of the Historian records that the Representative's first account was struck in the matter designated The Night, arising from remarks upon a colleague's Gorilla Tag portrait and escalating to the review of a constituent's published video library, and that he thereafter returned under no fewer than ten (10) assumed identities, including those entered into the record as "The Gassy One," "Man Beating Man With A Hammey," "Goblin Gamer Boy," "Von Mc Thomas Sir," and "bread loaf." The most consequential of these, seated January 7, 2025, under the designation "Sage," sustained its cover for a full term and secured the confidence of the Representative's own estranged colleague before being unmasked by a single unguarded question. The Representative is further the founder and proprietor of the Low Taper Squad, chartered November 27, 2024 as a chamber in exile from what its founding instrument styles a brutal dictatorship, and now a ghost server in which business is rarely moved. Matters of record include the delivery of deliberately substandard commissioned models to a constituent who had requested assistance in good faith, the burning of a colleague's dwelling in retaliation for the exclusion of a friend, and one (1) documented instance of impersonation by a hostile party, resolved in the Representative's favor upon the impersonator's own disclosure. The Committee on the Judiciary has separately reviewed the Representative's asserted descent from a Founding Father, the documentary basis for which consists of the surname alone, and found the resemblance inconclusive. The Representative maintains that the first name is spelled correctly.
