Speaker of the House

Known to constituents as “Koshie Hawk”

Biographical Statement amended

Speaker Kosher presides over the chamber of the Sussy Congress and serves as principal custodian of the gavel, the rostrum, and all instruments incidental to the orderly conduct of legislative business. Elected unanimously on the first ballot of the 119th Congress, the Speaker has overseen the introduction of 1,219 measures in the present session and convened seventeen (17) emergency joint sessions, all but one of which concerned matters arising from the Toilet Water Incident of October 19, 2025. In addition to the Speaker's procedural duties, the office maintains an extensive archive of evidentiary submissions, including but not limited to photographic exhibits annotated in red ink and forwarded to the body for purposes of identification, attribution, and constituent edification. The Speaker is the sole signatory on the Bipartisan Toilet Water Disclosure Memorandum, is the only member with standing access to the Sussy Vault outside of the Chairman of the Select Committee on National Security, and is the addressee of record for unsolicited media communications transmitted to the office of Rep. Gambs. Per House Rule XXII, the Speaker does not vote except to break a tie or to register objection to the continued absence of Rep. ode.
