Rep. Nox

Biographical Statement

Rep. Nox holds the office of Sergeant-at-Arms of the Sussy Congress and serves ex officio on the Committee on Rules. The Representative is directed under S. Res. 119–07 to make reasonable efforts to locate Rep. ode and is further authorized to pin the present session's standing motions, a procedural function exercised through the formal command ".pin." The Representative exercised the chair's renaming privilege on May 12, 2026, having first redesignated the chamber as "Auspicious Congressional [2026-7]" before subsequently restoring its proper designation, "Sussy Congress [2026-7]," under no objection. Floor remarks attributed to the Representative include the inquiry "is this a threat or a promise," the request "mommy," and the response "shut up nigga," the last of which has been classified by the Office of the Parliamentarian as a parliamentary instruction. The Representative has, in addition, submitted to the body the following research questions, presently pending before the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats: whether canines experience fatigue from sustained vocalization, the nutritional viability of canine lactation, and the legal classification of dehydrated amphibian meat under non-consensual preparation conditions. The Representative is the named subject of an autographed sketch, entered into the record without objection, captioned "NOX" and depicting the Representative in a sombrero.
